Edit or View Attendee Details
You can edit attendee information only if you originally added the attendee to Concur Expense. Otherwise, you can view – but not edit – attendee information.
You can also edit attendee information in Profile.
To view attendees for an expense:
On the expenses page, when there are attendees associated with an expense, the Attendees link displays below the expense type name in the expense list.
- Click the Attendees link to open a summary of the attendee information.
- At the bottom of the summary, click the View Attendees link to open the Attendees page.
- To view an attendee's details, on the Attendees page or Add Attendees dialog, click the attendee's name link. Clicking the name link opens the Attendee Details dialog.
To edit an attendee's details:
- With the expense open, click Attendees on the Details tab. The Attendees page appears.
- Click the name link to open the Attendee Details dialog.
- Make the applicable changes.
- Click Save.
