Mapping Virtual to Internal System
With these settings you define a virtual system that addresses the endpoint of the cloud service running on the PCo installation. This virtual system will be used to configure the destination to PCo in the SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.

Select Cloud To On-Premise (in the menu on the left). Then press the + button to add the system mapping:
A wizard appears asking you for all the required settings.

Enter the following data:

Virtual Host
Enter the virtual host, for example, pcoccms.
This name is used for identification. It is also used when creating the destination.
Virtual Port
Enter the virtual port, for example, 8777. The URL will look like this: https://pcoccms:8777
Internal Host
Enter the host name of the server where the PCo Cloud service is running.
Internal Port
Enter the port of the server where the PCo Cloud service is running.
You can find the port in the menu of the PCo Management Console under in the Cloud Servicesscreen area in the field Port.
Ensure that the Active checkbox is selected for the cloud services.
Principal Type
There are two options:

Set the Principal Type to None to allow authorization checks that consider user groups in DMC. (See also: Maintaining User Groups (in DMC).)

Choose X.509 Certificate (General Usage) or (Strict Usage) if you want to use principal propagation. In this case you have to maintain local users in PCo. (See also: Settings in the PCo Management Console.)
Check Internal Host
Select the checkbox.
Choose Save.
