Installation Log

After installing or upgrading Plant Connectivity, you can find all PCo related issues in the Installation Log. The file PCoInstallUtility_[yyyy.mm.dd_hh.mm.ss].csv (the values in brackets denote the installation date and time) contains information about the installation of the PCo components.

The three files MSMQ_Installation_[yyyy.mm.dd_hh.mm.ss]_Pkgmgr.[dpx|perf|txt] contain information about the installation of the Windows feature Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ).

General installation issues can be found in the logs written by SAPSetup. You can access these logs under <SAPSETUP>\LOGs.

If SAP Support requests the installation logs in case of installation errors, follow the instructions given in SAP Note 2099376 Information published on SAP site .
