Plant Connectivity Management Console

To troubleshoot agent instances in the PCo Management Console, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the desired agent instance.

  2. Choose the Log tab and click Refresh.

  3. If the information is insufficient to determine the problem, do the following:

    1. Set the log level on the Host tab to Verbose. Changing the log level is possible without stopping the agent first.

    2. Reproduce the problem.

    3. Examine the log.
