In the Employee Search iView, the manager selects the employee whose data is to be displayed in the iView Qualifications .

All iViews on this page are called by one Web Dynpro application. In the standard system, they are not standalone applications, since the user runs significant parts of the data selection for all iViews on this page centrally using a master iView.
