Customizing an Internal Service Request (ISR) The
Internal Service Request
(ISR) provides a definition environment (framework) for Web-based forms and is the basis for forms used in the
Personnel Change Requests
area.
You set up the Internal Service Request (ISR) using the SAP Implementation Guideby choosing
In the following we explain the meaning of the individual Customizing steps and the Customizing entries we provide.
Note
For general information about internal service requests, see the
SAP Service Marketplace
under
service.sap.com/isr
.
Before you start your own Customizing, you must ensure that all Customizing settings that we deliver and are needed for change requests, are present in the client in which you are working (= target client/customer client).
You can use transaction
SCC1
(Copy Transport Request)
or report
RSCLCCOP
(Copy Object Lists Between Clients (SCC1 Offline))
to synchronize clients. You schedule this report in the client into which you want to transport the settings (= target client/customer client). You must have entered this client in the client table
T000
and it should have been generated completely using a client copy.
Enter SAP client (usually client
000
), as the source client for synchronization in Customizing. Under
Transport Request
, enter a request that contains the object lists we deliver
P46C_ISR
,
P46C_ISR_SCENARIO
,
AX8_ISR_SCENARIOX
and
HRWPC_PCR
. The system then copies all the Customizing settings needed for change requests from the source client to the target client.
Note
Subsequently, you can use this report at any time. Note, however, that the report overwrites Customizing changes you have made for entries delivered by us.
