The user can sort, set filters, and show or hide individual columns under
Personalization

The user can cancel service requests that have the status
Open
.
This iView will only work if it is called up using a
Delta Link
from a different business package. The application parameter
sap.wdarfc.useSys
is defined in the delta link. This specifies the logical system from which the data is accessed (JCo connection).
Example
The application parameters are set in the
Business Package for Manager Self-Service
as follows (once for the application data and once for the dictionary meta data):
sap.wdarfc.useSys=SAP_R3_SelfServiceGenerics:FIN&sap.wdarfc.useSys=SAP_R3_SelfServiceGenerics_MetaData:FIN
This iView is used in the following business packages:
As the iView for the list display uses the Object and Data Provider (OADP), you can change the display and arrangement of the columns in OADP Customizing. You can make these settings, for example, in Customizing under . The technical names of the relevant objects (data view, column and so on) begin with ISR.
