Use

This iView enables the manager to obtain a complete overview of existing candidate assessments.

Features

The Recruitment area comprises functions that enable managers, together with the recruiter, to select, assess, and hire the best candidates.

For a requisition, the recruiter first preselects some of the job candidates. The manager performs further preselection activities for the candidates in the preselection list. The manager selects the best candidate and the recruiter offers this candidate a contract.

In addition to displaying existing assessments, the manager can also display a list of candidates, the status of each candidate, the assessment forms, and the date on which the requisition should be complete.

The iView only displays requisition requests, related questionnaires, and assigned candidates if the following prerequisites have been met in the E-Recruiting system:

  • The status of the requisition request is In Process .

  • The manager is assigned to the processing team of the requisition request.

  • Candidates are assigned to the requisition request.

  • The requisition request is assigned an activity with questionnaires.
