Features

Approving managers can use this service (application) to display PDF or HTML-based forms for the following applications:

  • Travel requests

  • Travel plans

  • Expense reports (including travel expense reports)

    Note Note

    This application should always be launched in a new window (default setting in SAP NetWeaver Portal).

Integration

Approving managers start this application from within the Approval of Trips and Expenses application.

The prerequisites for Approval of Trips and Expenses apply here as well.

Configuration

You can edit the forms in Customizing for Travel Management :

  • The expense report form is located under Start of the navigation path Travel Expenses Next navigation step Dialog and Travel Expenses Control Next navigation step Forms End of the navigation path .

  • The travel request and travel plan forms are located under Start of the navigation path Travel Planning Next navigation step Process Control Next navigation step Dialog and Planning Control Next navigation step Forms End of the navigation path .
