Use

Managers can use this iView to request an administrative change for object type job, position, or organizational unit. The manager runs an HCM Processes and Forms process.

In the first step of the Start Organizational Process iView, the manager selects the object type and the object for which he or she wants to request the changes. In the second step, he or she selects the process, and edits data on a form for that process.

In the standard system, the Create Position process is implemented as a sample process. Managers can use this process to request the creation of a new position.
