Forms (Templates)
Each appraisal document is based on one template. This property defines which documents are displayed.
If no entry has been entered, all documents are displayed. In this property, templates are specified using their technical key and these are separated by a comma (see table for example).
Status
Depending on the status of the documents, this property defines which appraisal documents are to be displayed. You can enter any of the available statuses. The possible values are:
In Preparation
In Planning
–
In Review
In Process
Completed
Approved
Closed Approved
Rejected
Closed Rejected
Example: 135 defines that all appraisal documents in status 1 (
In Preparation
),
3 (
In Review
), and 5 (
Completed
) are to be displayed.
