Procedure

  1. In the measurement program (transaction USMM), choose User Data Analysis.

On the Existing Measurement Data dialog box, the system displays a table of the previous measurements performed, with number, date, and time of the relevant measurement. The most up-to-date measurement is at the top of the table.

  2. To remove superfluous data, choose Delete.

  3. Select the measurement to be checked, and choose the desired list option on the User Analysis tab page, such as Deleted Users.

Results

The result lists contain the user names for internal use in your organization, so that you can investigate and remove anomalies.

The lists are included in anonymized form both in the measurement statistics and in the measurement log.
