Create Custom Fields

Context

In this step, creates the custom field pick lists and custom fields that hold the associated SES, Invoice, and status values associated to the ERS workflow.

Procedure

Create a custom field on the WO and SOW modules, called ERS FLAG, linking down to the WOR, SOWR, WK, and associated SES objects (for example, TS, ES).

  1. Affects All Active Templates = Yes, as well as Supplier, Business Unit, Sites, Classifications, and Labor Types.

  2. Mandatory value = Yes

  3. Read Only = Yes

  4. Data Type = text

  5. Default Value = The system updates this value during integration

  6. Linked Modules = Worker, Work Order Revision, Statement of Work, and SOW Revision
