Creating Substitutes

Choose Substitutes.

Specify the name of the employee who you want to create as a substitute.

Choose Insert.

If more than one employee is found, select the employee you require by clicking once on his or her name.

Choose Save.
Deleting Substitutes
-
Choose Substitutes.
-
Click on Trash next to the employee who you want to delete as your substitute.

Choose Save.
