What's New in Launchpads
The following features are now available in launchpads, allowing you to easily copy, compare, and synchronize launchpads.
Copying Launchpad Folders and Applications to another Launchpad (Changed)
The following features are now available:
- You can now drag and drop folders inside an existing launchpad into another launchpad; previously, it was possible to move only individual applications.
- To help you identify the differences between the contents of one launchpad and another, the following indicators now appear:
- A plus sign '+' appears next to a folder or application which does not exist in the other launchpad
- An asterisk '*' appears next to a folder or application which has been changed from the original
- A new dialog box appears when you try to move a folder or application to another launchpad which already contains these items. You can choose to make another copy of the items or to update the existing items in the launchpad.
