Support of Receiver Rules in Integrated Configuration (New)

Receiver rules are currently supported in dual-stack PI by receiver determination in standard operation and non-operation specific mode. With the current development, receiver rules will also be supported in the AEX. It is possible to read, edit, and import new receiver rules in the AEX. Also, receiver rules can now be used in the integrated configuration.
