Administrative Log (New)

The Action and Error Logs have been combined into a new Administrative Log.

SRAL_ADMIN (Deprecated)

The SRAL_ADMIN transaction for accessing the deprectated Action and Error Logs has also been deprecated. To access their replacement, the Administrative Log, use the SRALMANAGER transaction and choose the Monitor tab.

Read Access Logging Monitor (Enhanced)

Use the new SRALMONITOR transaction to open the Read Access Logging Monitor.

Transporting Read Access Logging Configuration (Enhanced)

Web Dynpro recordings can be transported.

Web Dynpro Channel (Enhanced)

Two new features have been added to log groups for Web Dynpro recordings:

• Input fields can be logged (in addition to output fields, as before). As a result, the Field Direction can be set to Input, Output, or Both.

• The Logging Type for password fields is set to Without Value by default, and cannot be changed for security reasons.

RFC Profile Parameter

It is now possible to see the value of the sec/ral_enabled_for_rfc profile parameter in the Read Access Logging Manager (in the Enabling in Client menu item) for each application server of the system.
