Work Items View Type
You can use views of the Work Items view type in the clinical work station to display executable work items (work steps) of an active Business Workflow to the assigned users. The user can use the functions provided in the view to edit the displayed work items.

Integration
The Work Items view type uses selected functions of the SAP Business Workflow. For more information about this, see SAP Business Workflow.
Prerequisites
The system administrator you must have configured at least one workflow in order to be able to use the Work Items view type.
Features
You can use the following configuration functions in the Work Items view type:
Selection screen for displaying work items according to determined selection criteria
In the Restrictions field group you can enter various criteria to restrict the selection of data, e.g. Patient, Task and Status. Choose Man. Entry Sel. to display the selection screen before opening the view.
Layout for displaying columns with selected data
If you define a layout variant for the Work Items view in the system, you can choose various columns to display the data, e.g. Work Item Title, Patient Name and Status.
Pushbuttons for processing the work items displayed
If you define a function variant for the Work Items view in the system, you can choose various function codes e.g. Execute, Forward and Follow-Up.
The following hotspot functions are available in views of the Work Items view type:
Click the Executable column for a displayed work item to display further information on this work item, e.g. description, objects and attachments
Click on the Work Item Title column for a displayed work item to execute the work item
