Create and Edit Vital Signs in Table Diagrams
From Smart Chart, you can call the application dialog for entering vital signs. To do this choose 
(Vital Sign Entry (Ins)
) in the pushbutton toolbar of the diagram.

Note that this function is only available for values with the Vital Signs (Table Diagram)
data source.
