Filters are available to you in the patient record which you can use to filter the display objects of an object type according to specific criteria, for example, you can restrict the display to all documents in a specific status.

The filter option can be different depending on whether data is display as a list or a table in the various UIBBs.

The system does not save the filter when you exit the patient record. The next time you call the patient record you must set the filter again.

Prerequisites

You determine the filter criteria of the UIBBs in Customizing in the configuration of UIBBs. Features

The filters are available to you as pushbuttons.

If no results exist for a filter, or no further filtering is possible, the filter icons are inactive for this UIBB.

You can use the Reset Filter function to delete a set filter so the system displays all objects once again. The system automatically resets the filter if you change the selection period.
