Smart Chart supplements the visible information display of values in the graphs with more detailed information in quick info texts.

The system indicates the availability of a quick info text with a hand mouse cursor.

You can display quick info texts for the following values:

  • Measurements of a vital sign in line graphs and table diagrams

  • Documents, physician's orders and progress entries in event graphs

  • Events from orders in medication graphs

To call a quick info text, choose the corresponding value with the left mouse button. You can hide the quick info text by clicking again on the value.

The system displays the quick info texts for individual values and for overlappings.

For values in line graphs and events in event graphs the system displays a line, in addition to the quick info text, which runs vertically from the measurement or event through all graphs to the time ruler. This indicates the entry time on the time ruler.
