Function documentationSAP Standard Views for Preregistrations and Waiting Lists

A preregistration list and a waiting list are both specifications of a view. They are based on the Preregistrations view type.

Features

SAP provides three standard views based on the view type Preregistrations. These are worklists with a typical layout for the respective function:

The processing agent who schedules preregistrations can allocate appointments, for example, on the basis of priorities, desired appointment date and latest admission date.

This worklist lets you view, for example:

  • Waiting list type

  • Priority

  • Date patient added to waiting list

  • Wait time in days

  • Latest admission date

Activities

The following options are available to you:

  • You can copy SAP standard views and use the copy as customer-specific views.

  • For instance, you can copy the function variants and layout variants of the SAP standard views, and then tailor the copy to suit your requirements. For more information, see Changing Views.

  • You can create your own views based on the Preregistrations view type.
