You can edit existing work environments provided you are authorized to do so.

Procedure

  1. Call the clinical work station.

    For more information, see Calling Clinical Work Station/Care Unit Work Station or Calling Outpatient Clinic/Service Facility Work Station.

  2. Position the cursor on - (-) to the left of a work environment in the LaunchPad.

  3. In the context menu, choose Maintain Work Environment.

    The Change Work Environment dialog box appears.

    The same editing options are available to you as described in Creating Work Environments.

    Note Note

    Alternatively, in the Clinical Work Station, you can choose Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Manage Work Environments End of the navigation path. You then select the work environment you wish to use and choose Characteristics (Characteristics).

  4. Choose Save (Save).

Result

The modified work environment is available in the LaunchPad.
