Assign Situation Base Item Type

You execute situation template actions with a base item of this base item type. You can use the following action:

Initial action: Assign Situation

The base item type is available in the ward (INPA) and outpatient clinic (OUTP) work areas.

The first time the user activates the task connected to a base item of this type, this initial action is executed. The system opens a dialog where the user can see the outstanding situations of the patient. He can edit the calculated planned date of the situation template and enter a note. The system creates a situation for the patient, when you exit the dialog using Continue.

Note that the situation template selected in the customizing of the base item must come from the same work area are the documentation work station in which the user activates the task.

Structure

In template management select either the ward (INPA) or outpatient clinic (OUTP) work area. Select an active situation template from the relevant work area, which should be assigned to the patient during execution. The system will not check whether the situation template is active.

You can define the text of the note in the base item.

You can define which planned date the system should propose in the assignment dialog.

In event configuration you can select the Complete event for the connected task.

With the filter values entered in Before Execution and After Execution, the BAdI BADI_ISHMED_BIX_SITASSIGN is called in the enhancement spot ES_ISHMED_BASEITEM_SITASSIGN.
