The document category for the nursing report N4PVB version 001 is supplied by SAP and must be copied into your client.

This document is supplied with the Generation Allowed = No setting. This entry prevents the application for the document from being overwritten during generation which would render it unusable.

Only SAP can make changes to the document N4PVB, as this document belongs to the SAP standard.

Procedure

  1. Import the BC set ISH_N2_PMD_N4PVB into your productive client. This contains the document category N4PVB.

    You can find information in importing and installing document categories under PMD Transport Workbench.

  2. The corresponding form N2PBFORM contains enhancements. You copy this to your system to the clients where it will be used.

    1. On the target client where you wish to use the document category choose Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step Form Printing Next navigation step SAPscript Next navigation step Form End of the navigation path.

    2. Choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Copy from Client End of the navigation path.

    3. You enter N2PBFORM as the form name and the target form.

    4. Choose your import client as the source client.

Customizing Settings

The nursing report has the document type PFD. Define this document type with the corresponding status network IA In Processing and FR Released in Customizing for i.s.h.med under Start of the navigation path Clinical Documentation Next navigation step Document Management Next navigation step Define Document Types End of the navigation path..
