The Documents object type contains all documents in the system, which have not been deleted.

Note Note

The patient viewer in SAP Ambulatory Care Management displays only documents for the Workers Compensation Association (WCA) and the Panel Physicians Association (PPA), both of which are only relevant to Germany.

In chronological aspects the system will sort the documents, in the overview display, according to their documentation date.

In case-related aspects the system will display patient-related documents under the patient-related node.

You can limit the number of documents displayed using a selection variant.

You can use the following document data for selection:

  • Documenting Organizational Unit

  • Document Category

  • Time Period (documentation date, change date, etc.)

  • Document Status (multiple selection possible)

Structure

Display Classes:

  • DOCUMENT: Display of the Display Document dialog application

  • DOC_PDF: Display of document in PDF format

    Within these display classes you can determine which document categories the PDF print preview should be available for. Document types for which no print application exists, or which are not released due to their type (epicrisis, anamnesis, etc.) can still be displayed with the dialog application. Other documents (findings, etc.) can be displayed in the print preview.
