The Medical Record object type contains all medical records contained in the system, which were entered within the framework of medical record management.

The medical records are available as a separate folder in all (supplied) standard aspects except the Diagnoses – Procedures aspect.

Within an aspect you can restrict medical records according to their institution and date.
