Assigning Views and Grouping Nodes to Aspect
You assign the created grouping nodes and views to aspects in order to structure the data displayed in the aspects.
The system also assigns all views which are assigned to a grouping node to the relevant aspect.
You can either assign exactly one grouping node or several views of the medical object types to an aspect. The following assignments are available:
Time nodes: You can either assign time nodes directly to an aspect, to another time node, or to a case node.
Case nodes: You can only assign case nodes directly to an aspect.
Problem node: You can only assign problem nodes directly to an aspect.
If you do not wish to use grouping nodes in an aspect, you must directly assign the views of the medical object types to the aspect.
You must have created aspects, views, selection variants, and grouping nodes.
In the patient organizer select the menu option .

If you do not use i.s.h.med, you can create or change aspects for the patient viewer in SAP Ambulatory Care Management
from the SAP Easy Access
screen under in info item processing using .
The Management of Aspects of Patient Organizer
dialog box appears.
In the aspect display area (left) navigate to the aspect to which a view or grouping node should be assigned.
Select the desired aspect by double-clicking and use
(Toggle Display <-> Change (F5)
) to toggle to change mode.
Select the Views
pushbutton in the display area of the aspects (lower left) to display the existing views and grouping nodes (left).
To assign a view or grouping node to an aspect, the following options are available:
Drag&Drop: You can assign a view or a grouping node to the aspect from the display area of the views (left).
Add: You can use
(Add View
) to assign a view or a grouping node to the aspect.
Select
(Remove View
), to remove the assigned views or grouping nodes from the aspect.
Save the aspect.
