The outpatient note object type contains all outpatient notes in the system which have not been deleted.

Outpatient notes are (mostly unstructured) information on visits, which are created as individual entries in the outpatient clinic folder. The patient organizer/patient viewer displays these individual outpatient clinic folder entries as outpatient notes.

Outpatient notes are available in the (supplied) SAP standard aspects as a separate directory.
