The Request object type contains all requests in the system, which have not been canceled.

In chronological aspects, the system will sort the requests in the overview display, according to their creation date.

The services which are assigned to the request, are sorted according to the actual date and the actual start time. This can mean that the system displays the requests and the coresponding services in different folders.
