You define the Grouping Nodes, which you wish to use to structure an aspect (hierarchy).

Grouping nodes are only necessary if you wish to use a time node, a case node or a problem node as a structuring aid in the hierarchy of your aspect.

Note Note

You should note that the patient organizer/patient viewer can only interpret specific hierarchies in aspects. This means that you must add a superordinate time node, case node, or problem node and, below this, the medical object type, in the hierarchy of your aspect.

You cannot use case, time or problem nodes several times in your hierarchy. You cannot attach a case node and a time node in the same aspect.

You can use case-time type grouping nodes to build aspects with a structure similar to that of the case list.

Procedure

  1. In the patient organizer select the menu option Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Create/Change Aspects End of the navigation path.

    If you do not use i.s.h.med, you can create or change aspects and grouping nodes for the patient viewer in SAP Ambulatory Care Management from the SAP Easy Access screen under Start of the navigation path Hospital Next navigation step Ambulatory Care Management Next navigation step Treatment Next navigation step Documentation Work Station Template Management End of the navigation path in info item processing using Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Manage Aspects End of the navigation path.

    The Management of Aspects of Patient Organizer dialog box appears.

  2. Select the Views pushbutton in the display area of the aspects (lower left) to display the existing views and grouping nodes (left).

  3. Select the node type (time node, case node, problem node), for which you wish to create a grouping node and select, in the display area of the views, Create View (Create View).

    The Create View dialog box appears.

  4. Enter the name and the object type (node type), if you previously selected no node type and then select with the quick info text Continue (Continue).

    Caution Caution

    You should note that newly created grouping nodes automatically receive a key (Technical Name column), which is different from the supplied standard grouping nodes. This customer namespace is protected from changes during upgrades.

    The system saves the grouping nodes and displays the information of the grouping node in the View group frame.

  5. Select a selection variant for the selection of the data of the corresponding grouping node (e.g. time node).

    Example Example

    You wish to display all services of the patient in the last six months, separated by months.

    In the selection variant you define how the data should be selected for the display in the grouping node of the patient organizer or patient viewer (report RN1PATORG_ in combination with the object type).

    Note Note

    You can select and use an existing selection variant or change or copy an existing selection variant. If you do not wish to use an existing selection variant, you can create a new one.

    In the view assignment area (right) you can assign existing views to the grouping node.

  6. Select Remove View (Remove View), to remove the assigned views from the grouping node.

  7. Save the grouping node.
