Function documentationSeveral Requests in One Work Step

In the selection list for request and order types for the requester you can create several requests in one work step, by selecting several services, request profiles, or parts of request profiles at once.

If you have selected services relating to a number of different request types then a number of requests will be created. To simplify data entry, the Request Information dialog box appears. This contains all the request data that can be identical for all requests: These fields are:

Dialog box: Additional Information

Creating a number of requests may necessitate the creation of several documents for requests. The clinical system (i.s.h.med) provides a collective entry function.

All documents that can or must be created as a result of the requests are listed in this dialog window. Required documents are indicated by a red triangle at the start of the row. A series of documents can be created using the dialog window. If a document already exists - (-) appears at the end of the row. An existing document can be changed.

If at least all required documents are created, you exit the window with ENTER.

Note Note

If only one document is being created this dialog window does not appear, and instead you go straight to the document, as before.

End of the note.

Once you have entered the additional information the system creates all requests and sets the requests to the corresponding status. For each request, for which not all status-dependent required fields are filled, you enter the data screen of the request and can change or supplement the data for a specific request.

Save the entries to create the request and set the status accordingly. Choose Back (Back), to edit the next request.
