Employee Selection

The employee selection consists of all employees of organizational units (OU), enhanced by all employees who are assigned to an OU via the OU involvement.

The system should only display employees who are assigned to the treatment/operating OU via the OU involvement, and those employees who are assigned to the treatment/operating OU itself via a position.

System administration can additionally restrict the employee restriction with the business add-in (BAdI) N1_SCR_PARTNER. You can find detailed information in the Implementation Guide under Start of the navigation path Industry-Specific Component Clinical System Next navigation step Service Management Next navigation step Services Next navigation step Exits und BAdIs for Services End of the navigation path.

The employee selection displays the employees structured according to the OU and employee type. You can use the user parameter N1TEAM_EMPL_CLOSED to control the display of the employee selection.
