Team Entry Classification
The Team Entry screen is divided into the following areas for entering or selecting the desired tasks and employees:
Patient Information
Task/Employee Assignment
Task Selection
Employee Selection
The system displays the patient information in the following form
Name
Age
Sex
Services
For the individual selection of a service, the system will display the data of the patient selected with the patient.
For the multiple selection of services, the system will display the data of the selected patient to be processed. The processing sequence is based on the team entry call for multiple selection and begins with the first patient.
Caution
If you call the team entry without preselected service, the patient information is blank, as you have not selected a patient.
This area displays defined task/employee assignments which already exist.
If you have called the team entry for individual or multiple selection, the system will display additional tasks from the service – task proposal here.
You can execute the following functions in the task/employee assignment:

These functions are used to navigate between the services. They are only available in the team entry for multiple selection of services.

You can navigate to a specific patient. The function is only available in the team entry for multiple selection of services.

You can add or insert blank rows for the manual creation of entries in the task/employee assignment.
(Delete Row

(Delete Assignment

You delete the selected task/employee assignment. The task will only remain visible if it is in the service – task proposal.
(Create External Employee

You can use this function to create an external employee.

You enter the reason for changing the team.

You see the change documents for the changes to the team.

With this function the employee selection will only contain the employees who can perform the task from the task/employee assignment due to the OU involvement and qualification.
As no OU is known when the team entry function is called without a preselected service, the system will display the employees of all possible performing OUs, who can execute the task.
The task selection contains all available tasks. The system always displays all available tasks, including those which are already assigned to employees in the task/employee assignment.

You can select a task in the task selection and simultaneously select an employee in the employee selection and assign them to each other. The system enters the selected task with the selected employee in the task/employee assignment.

With this function the employee selection will only contain the employees who can perform the task from the task/employee assignment due to the OU involvement and qualification.
As no OU is known when the team entry function is called without a preselected service, the system will display the employees of all possible performing OUs, who can execute the task.
The employee selection consists of all employees of organizational units (OU), enhanced by all employees who are assigned to an OU via the OU involvement.
In call situations, where the treatment/operating OU is known, the system can restrict the employees. The system should only display employees who are assigned to the treatment/operating OU via the OU involvement, and those employees who are assigned to the treatment/operating OU itself via a position.
System administration can additionally restrict the employee restriction with the business add-in (BAdI) N1_SCR_PARTNER

The employee selection displays the employees structured according to the OU and employee type. You can use the user parameter N1TEAM_EMPL_CLOSED to control the display of the employee selection.

You can use this function to create an external employee.

You can select a task in the task selection and simultaneously select an employee in the employee selection and assign them to each other. The system enters the selected task with the selected employee in the task/employee assignment.
You can also select a task/employee assignment and simultaneously an employee in the employee selection and then assign the employee to the task.
(Global Setting
)
You can use this function to restore the global settings of the employee selection at any time. The global setting can also contain restrictions using the operating OU.
