You can subsequently add services to a request even after it has been confirmed. The clinical system (i.s.h.med) automatically flags these services with a supplement indicator.

When entering added services, the identity of the employee responsible must be entered. When the position assignment is active, the system always checks the responsible employee's position assignment to the organizational unit (OU) adding the services. This may be either the requesting or the performing OU.

The requester can continue to add services until the performer has accepted the request for processing. When you work with the position assignment to employees, the system checks whether the employee responsible is assigned to a position in the requesting OU.
