Initial Screen
The fields of the initial screen can be grouped into the following groups:
The Institution
, Transport Service
, Date
, Display TO without Patient
and Canceled Orders
fields refer to all three areas of the dispatcher work station.
You can set the checkmark to determine whether you can also select transport orders without patients and canceled orders.
Note
You can call the dispatcher work station for a longer period of time (several days). You enter the period in the Date From
and Date To
fields.
The fields of the Orders Without Transporters
frame refer to the Scheduled Transports
and Outstanding Transport Orders
areas of the dispatcher work station.
The room is only valid for transport orders.
You can determine the time period from which the system should include transport orders in the selection. You can choose between Time Next
(duration in minutes), Time From/To
(time interval) or Time Not Relevant
(duration and time not relevant). You can only select one of these three fields at any one time.
You can determine that you only wish to select initial
and/or only return
and/or only further transports
. If you do not check any of these three fields, the system will display all transport categories.
You can also select the transport types and, where applicable, the means or transport.
The system provides the selected transport types in a parameter.
You can hide the Outstanding Transport Orders
data using the Display Outstanding Transport Orders
field.
This is significant if the number of the data records to be displayed is too large and making them unclear or if the quick search is to be used.
The fields of the Assigned Orders
group refer to the Transporter with Assigned Orders
area of the dispatcher work station.
You can determine that the system should include all transport order statuses
or only a selection
of highlighted transport order statuses in a selection. You can only select one of these two fields.
You can determine that you also wish to select non-available transporters.
