The worklist is the set of surgeries to be planned. The worklist is located below the OR plan.

You can hide or display the worklist using a processing function of the view type.

You can restrict the worklist using the organizational unit (OU) and the selection period. By restricting to a department, you enable decentral planning on a resource which is used inter-departmentally:

  • Each operating department receives a view relating to its worklist.

  • You enter an amount of OUs and operating rooms as resources for planning.

The user who is plans decentrally has, in the operating rooms, an overview of all surgeries which were planned for this operating room (even those of other departments).

Structure

The worklist displays surgeries in the same way as the OR plan:

  • Same number of columns

  • Same number of functions
