How many and which cases in my Surgery department have already been discharged but have no DRG principal diagnosis? The system should include all current cases according to the current date (occupancy) as well as departures over the last 30 days.

Layout Variant

You can define layouts, the columns and the sequence of the columns of displayed result cases, in any way you wish. However, the layout should at least contain the Patient Name and the icon for missing DRG principal diagnosis.

Function variant

You can define the function variants, i.e. which pushbuttons for calling edit or view functions of the displayed result cases should be displayed, any way you wish. However, this example view should at least contain the edit function Maintain Diagnosis, so that you can document other diagnoses and diagnosis codes directly from this view.
