Synchronizing Surgical Data with IS-H
Related to the synchronization of the functions for surgeries in the clinical system (i.s.h.med) and IS-H, there is a special feature that enables you to document multiple surgeries (main surgery or secondary surgery) for a surgical movement in i.s.h.med. This differentiation is not possible in IS-H.
If you enter surgical data in IS-H in parallel with i.s.h.med, the system will not automatically display this in all i.s.h.med functions.
The synchronization of data entered in IS-H (with NP38
) will only take place when you call the surgical documentation. The system will offer all diagnoses and procedures entered for a surgical movement in a dialog box for transferring them into the respective (main or secondary) surgery documentation. If the surgical documentation is already released, you can only trigger this synchronization using the subsequent entry function (Release Surgical Documentation).
Note
As a rule, no data will be lost, since IS-H and i.s.h.med store all procedures or diagnoses for a surgery in the same files.
