Use Procedure Hit Lists
In the surgical documentation, you can use hierarchical hit lists, which are assigned to departments, to enter procedures.
Hit lists are configured.
You have entered your preferred hit list in the user parameter PRZ_HITLISTE
(optional).
Caution
Your administrator can change the name of this parameter.
The following work steps are necessary to use procedure hit lists:
In IS-H and i.s.h.med the SPC 301 catalog is stored in the non-hierarchical version. This version can be used as a basis for the procedure hit lists.
You download the valid SPC 301 catalog from the Internet pages of the German Institute of Medical Documentation and Information (DIMDI) (www.dimdi.de, Classification Download, e.g. ASCII (330k).
You extract the files
codes.txt
dreist.txt
gruppen.txt
kapitel.txt
to a local directory.
The report for creating the hierarchical SPC catalog starts with the character string RN2_PRZ_CREATE_OPS_
and is supplemented by a version description.
Note
If changes mean a new version of the catalog is required, we provide an adapted report under a new name. You should therefore check which version of the report is the most recent.
Execute report RN2_PRZ_CREATE_OPS_
nnnn to create a hierarchical SPC entire catalog from these files.
You execute the report once for each version of the SPC 301 catalog. As the service catalog, select the current IS-H procedure catalog. Using report RN2_PRZ_DELETE_OPS_KAT
you can delete an outdated hierarchical SPC catalog.
The procedure texts in the generated hierarchical SPC entire catalog come from the IS-H service catalog. If the IS-H service catalog contains no text, the report will transfer the first 80 characters of the description from the relevant DIMDI text.
As the user parameter you enter the user parameter which should contain the name of the user's personal hit lists. If you do not wish to use user parameter PRZ_HITLISTE, you must create your selected user parameter in the system.
Make the global settings for the interface and functionality when using procedure hit lists in Customizing for i.s.h.med under .
You manage the hit lists using transaction N2PRZ.
Once you have selected the institution and service catalog, you can select all hit lists for which you have authorization for the departments, and those which have been released for display by other departments. You can copy an existing hit list and use it to create a new hit list.
You can find information on processing hit lists in the transaction documentation.
