Classifying Services
You use the classification of unscheduled services for day-based scheduling to determine quotas.
You can define one quota for each service class. The system uses your classification when scheduling an appointment in day-based scheduling to assign services to the correct service class and determine the available quota.
The classification of unscheduled services is optional. If you do not classify unscheduled services, they will be assigned to the "Further Services" column of the day-based planning.
Procedure
In the in-house catalog, you create one service for each service class (e.g. major surgeries).

Example
You can divide services into the following service classes:
'Major'
'Medium' and
'Minor' surgeries.
In this case, you can specify the services more precisely using text.
Another classification possibility would be to divide the treatments or surgeries according to the part of the body concerned, for example:
Cardiac operations
Hip operations
etc.
