Creating Planning Objects with Service Quotas
For the display in the day-based scheduling or planning grid, you must define a service quota for each daily program used in the planning object of the organization unit (OU).
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
The Create Planning Object: Initial Screen
appears.
Enter the identification key of the organizational unit for which you want to create the planning object in the Org. Unit
field.
Note
You can use another planning object as a template. In this case, the system copies the master data and the week and day programs of the template planning object. If you wish to use a planning object as a template, enter an existing planning object (organizational unit, person, building unit) in the Template
group box.

You branch to the available time slots maintenance, where you store available time slots for the planning object. To do this, choose
Time Slot

).
Branch to day program creation, where you enter at least one day program for the planning object. To do this, choose
DP

).
You branch to the service quota maintenance, where you store service quotas for the daily program. To do this, choose the Service Quotas
pushbutton.
The Maintain Admission Capacity for Day Program: Data Screen
appears..
Enter the desired service quota. Indicate whether a service quota may be overbooked.
Save the data.
