You can use the user parameter N1PT_INF_PLOU_FORCE to control whether the system should determine the planning organizational unit (OU) when calling the planning grid or the appointment search (planning with a list) or in views of the Surgeries view type (for example, using the work environment in the clinical work station). If the system does not determine the planning OU, the user must enter it in a dialog box, e.g. when calling the planning grid.
