You can use these settings to influence the functionality of the clinical system in relation to the organizational unit (OU).

 

Use the following OU parameters to change settings for organizational units.

Structure

  • OE_TYP

    You use this parameter to define the category of organizational unit.

    • SPACE: Service facility (standard value)

    • Surgery: Operating organizational unit

    • OPDOKU: Determine ICPM entry from worklist, waiting list, treatment

  • BWART_2:

    You use this parameter to specify the movement type which should be used in the ’Generate Surgery’ function. A movement type with the Surgery or Outpatient Surgery indicator must be used.

  • FOLGE_FKT:

    This parameter determines the subsequent function when you use the ‘Generate Surgery’ function. Possible values are:

    • 1: No subsequent function (default value)

    • 2: Call surgery data entry

    • 3: Call service entry

  • N1ANFOINP:

    You use this parameter to control how long the request fields should be ready for input.

    • ON: The request fields are ready for input until the request status IB (in treatment).

    • OFF: The request fields are only ready for input until the request is confirmed.

  • N1ATNBEW

    This OU parameter is only valid in the country version Austria (AT). You use this parameter to control whether the system should call a dialog in the background, when you create a visit from i.s.h.med, where you can change the presetting of the additional fields for the visit for the country version AT.

    • X: Call dialog for changing presetting

    • Space: No dialog for changing presetting (standard value).

  • N1DOK_KZ

    You use this parameter to control whether the system should display the document list via hot spot on the document indicator in case-related of patient-related form.

    • Q: Case-related (default value)

    • P: Patient-related

  • N1DOKLIST

    You use this parameter to control the layout of the document list.

    • Q: Case-related document list (default value)

    • P: Patient-related document list

  • N1MLDIAG

    You use this parameter to control whether the views of the Occupancy, Arrivals and Departures view type in the clinical work station should display the current diagnosis of the patient or the missing diagnoses in the Diagnosis column.

    • D: For diagnoses (standard value)

    • Q: For missing diagnoses

  • N1OPENLEI:

    This parameter determines which level the service groups should be expanded to when services are replaced.

    • A: All levels are opened.

    • 0 to 9: Number of open levels.

  • N1RADDOC:

    You use this parameter to control the management of exam/study documents for radiological services and also the creation of the reference of performed/released services to the exam/study document when replacing ordered, non-performable services.

    Possible values are:

    • 1: Create both a new exam document and a study document with document management record (standard value)

    • 2: Create only document management records for the performed/released services, which refer to the exam and study document of the ordered services

    • 3: Dialog box where you can select whether the system should create new documents (see parameter value 1), existing documents (see parameter value 2) or no document.

  • N1TMREG

    You use this parameter to control which time the visit should be created for.

    • 1: Set visit time to appointment time

    • '1:xE,yE': Set visit time and appointment time if the system time lies within the interval (xE and yE). "x" and "y" stand for a whole number between 1 and 999 and 'E' stands for the time unit (M: minutes; H: hours).

    • 2: Always set visit time to system time

  • N1VMABLH

    You use this parameter to control whether the employees of service facilities and interdisciplinary OUs should be taken into account in addition to those in the documenting OU when the employees responsible are checked/displayed.

    • X: Include process-organizational hierarchy

    • Space: Do not include process-organizational hierarchy

  • N1ACFORPOB

    You use this parameter to control whether the planning object of a person has a higher priority than the planning object of a room when presetting an appointment template.

  • N1COLLPAT

    You use this parameter to control whether the system should execute an appointment collision check when saving following the entry or planning of an appointment (e.g. in the planning grid).

    • X: Execute collision check (standard value)

    • Space: Collision check is not executed

  • N1_BEH_KAT

    You use this parameter to control which treatment category the system should automatically enter in the appointment or visit when planning an appointment or creating a visit.

  • N1SRVAPP

    You use this parameter to activate the service-based appointment search. You can therefore determine whether the appointment search should be called in service-based form.

    • 1: Appointment search scheduling type (standard value)

    • 2: Service-based appointment search
