Function documentationPosition Master

Using positions you can assign your employees to the organizational units (OUs). This assignment restricts the selection lists for employees in all functions of i.s.h.med, to the employees who are assigned to the relevant OU.

Note Note

You must assign employees to positions if you have decided on the relevant checks in customizing. If you do not wish to maintain records of positions or assignment to positions, you can deactivate the check in the implementation guide under Start of the navigation path Industry-Specific Component Clinical System Next navigation step Global Settings Next navigation step System Parameters Next navigation step Overall Parameter Maintenance End of the navigation path using the parameter N1MAOE. i.s.h.med then only checks that the employee exists. A search window that appears serves as an aid to selection. This can be used to search the employee list according to a variety of criteria.

End of the note.
