Service catalog items with a task record can be provided as an aid to data entry. These tasks are proposed when the team is entered in connection with a service.

In the Clinical Basic Data: Service Management work area under the menu option Clin.  Service Master you call Task Proposal Maintain/Display .

Enter the tasks to be proposed for each institution and service catalog item on the maintenance screen. Each task can be assigned a priority, the highest figure representing the highest priority. The priority is used as a sort criterion in team entry.

When the team is entered, the clinical system i.s.h.med automatically assigns the task with the highest priority to the employee responsible for the service.
