N1MAPPADEP

In the joint planning of the items of a clinical order (multi-appointment) you can restrict the search for free appointments using time dependencies (minimum and maximum interval.

This parameter controls whether the system should transfer the time dependencies (appointment dependencies) which the system created from joint planning, into the appointments.

You should note that the system does not only check dependencies which are saved in the appointments when searching for appointments, but also when subsequently changing them. This can lead to planning problems, for example, if services are subsequently added for order items and planned.

The system checks the parameter for the planning organizational unit (OU).

Possible parameter values:

  • Space: The system does not save the dependencies that were entered as search criteria for joint planning (standard value).

You can also subsequently add dependencies at appointment level, if the dependencies are not transferred.

  • X: The system transfers the dependencies from joint planning into the individual appointments.
