In Document Dispatch you can use OU-related settings to influence the functionality.

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Clinical System Next navigation step Basic Clinical Data Next navigation step Patient Transport Service Next navigation step Organizational Structure Next navigation step OU-Related Settings Next navigation step Maintain End of the navigation path, to determine the settings for the following parameters.

Structure

N1HAUPT

You use this parameter to determine whether a main recipient must be entered when a document is sent. The following parameter values are possible:

  • "space": Main recipient entry is obligatory (standard value, even if parameter is not set)

  • X: Main recipient entry is not obligatory

N1DRUCK

You use this parameter to determine whether a printer dialog box should be displayed for the print preview.

  • "space": The dialog box is not displayed if the system can determine the printer (standard value).

  • X: The dialog box is displayed regardless of whether the system can determine a printer.

N1GETPRN

You use this parameter to determine at which time the BAdI for determining the printer should run.

  • "space": The BAdI is executed immediately after the recipient has been entered.

  • X: The BAdI is executed during dispatch. The printer is subsequently changed but this is not displayed in the document dispatch dialog box.
