Structure

Using the parameters N1LSANPU and N1ANPOEL you control the filling of the requesting departmental and the requesting nursing organizational units and therefore the interface to CO.

N1LSANPU

You use this parameter to control whether a dialog box should be called in the service entry and subsequent service entry functions, for presetting the performing organizational unit (OU), the requesting departmental OU, and the requesting nursing OU.

  • X: Call dialog box for changing presetting

  • Space: Do not call dialog box for changing presetting (standard value)

N1ANPOEL

You can use this parameter to control which OU should be saved as the requesting nursing OU for a service.

This parameter applies to the request, service entry, and subsequent service entry.

  • X: (standard value):

In an inpatient case the system enters the care unit where the patient’s bed is as the requesting nursing OU for the service.

In an outpatient case the system enters the OU of the first movement as the requesting nursing OU for the service.

  • Fixed OU:

The system enters the OU specified in the parameter value as the requesting nursing OU for the service. The system enters the department of this OU as the requesting departmental OU for the service.

  • Space:

In service entry/subsequent service entry the system enters the performing OU as the requesting OU for the service.

When creating a request/request profile the system enters the OU with which the user creating the request is working as the requesting nursing OU for the service.
