Object documentationPatient Transport Service Organizational Unit-Related Parameters

Using the following OU-related parameter the system administrator can influence the functionality of the patient transport service.

See Settings Related to Organizational Units.

You use the following organizational unit-related parameters (OU parameters) to make settings for the clinical order.

You define the corresponding OU-related parameters using the transaction N1SQ in the SAP Easy Access menu under Start of the navigation path Clinical System Next navigation step Basic Clinical Data Next navigation step Service Management Next navigation step Organizational Unit Next navigation step Maintain OU-Related Settings End of the navigation path.

Structure

N1OEFD

In this parameter you flag each organizational unit (OU) which should be available as a patient transport service with an X.

Caution Caution

You must configure the transport service itself as an OU (e.g. CTS = Central Transport Service). You can position this OU anywhere in the organizational structure.

End of the caution.

Note Note

When entering a transport services in the service request or a transport order, only those OUs with the value X in the parameter N1OEFD can be considered.

End of the note.
N1FDOEFA

In this parameter you enter the transport service OU which usually undertakes the transports for the care unit, outpatient clinic, or service facility entering the transport orders. As the parameter value you can enter all OUs which are flagged as transport services, i.e. where the parameter N1OEFD is set to X.

Note Note

The system will propose this transport service OU in the Transport Service OU field when you enter a transport order.

End of the note.
N1FDSTAPOP

With this parameter you control whether the user should access a dialog box when changing the status (parameter value X), where he can enter a time which is different to the system time for the status change.

Note Note

If you do not enter this parameter, or it contains no value, the user will not access the dialog box and the system will enter the current system time as the time of the status change (standard value).

End of the note.
N1FDSTOTIM

You use this parameter to determine whether the system should search for a transport order which has become obsolete because of a further transport. As the parameter value, you enter an interval using the format x,y, whereby x and y each stand for a number of minutes. You must separate these two minute values with a comma.

Note Note

If the parameter is not maintained or contains no value, the system will not search for obsolete transport orders.

End of the note.
N1FDFREI

You use this parameter to control the display of transporters on the Dispatcher work station in the Transporter with Assigned Orders area. If a transporter has no order to complete in the next n minutes, the system will display this transporter as available.

Example Example

If you set the value to 15, the system will display a transporter as available if he does not have a transport order to complete within the next 15 minutes.

End of the example.

Note Note

If the parameter is not maintained or is set to 0, the system will not check the availability.

End of the note.
N1FDTMHR

You can use this parameter to control how long outstanding transport orders (appointments without precise times) should be displayed in the dispatcher work station.
