Classification Tab Page
On the Classification
tab page you enter and manage the assignment of Drug Types and classification systems and codes for a drug.
Integration
By assigning drug types you can restrict the search results for the ingredient search for mixed drugs according to the drug category.
The assignments of classification systems and codes to a drug are available as search criteria in the drug search. This means that you can search for drugs using the assigned classification systems and codes.

Activities
The following entry tables are available for entering or editing the necessary information:
Drug Type entry table
Select a drug type from the input help (e.g. ingredient of an infusion) and determine whether the drug type assignment of this drug should be inherited by subordinate drugs in the drug hierarchy.
CautionNote that the system will also make changes you make to the drug type assignment for a superordinate drug, to the drug type assignment of the subordinate drug.
In the table you can select whether you wish to display deleted drug type assignments. You can also change the layout of the table.
